TICKET FAQS

Below are the answers to our most frequently asked questions regarding ticketing. Please ensure you read through all of the below information, to see if this resolves your issue.

 +  HOW DO I BUY, SELL OR TRANSFER AN EXISTING FESTIVAL TICKET?

To reduce ticket scalping & scamming, we have partnered with Tixel as our exclusive resale partner. Tixel validates the authenticity of festival e-tickets, buyers/sellers and provides secure methods for payment. You can also join the waitlist to purchase resale tickets as the festival has sold out. All tickets can only be transferred for the price they were purchased for, or less plus booking fees. For all who purchased their festival ticket online via EventBrite, this is the only channel through which you can transfer your ticket.
 

  WHEN DO TICKETS GO ON SALE?

General release tickets TBA. Make sure to sign up to our pre-sale for early access and discounted tickets! Please join the Tixel waitlist for all official resales once the festival is sold out. Do not purchase tickets outside of Tixel or exchange funds outside of Tixel for KITF tickets.

Tickets bought outside of Tixel will not be legitimate.

 +  WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE ON THE GATE?

No. The event has sold out well in advance, so we advise to prepare and get your ticket as early as possible. If you have missed out on tickets, please DM our social media accounts and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 +  I PAID FOR A TICKET BUT CAN'T FIND MY CONFIRMATION
- WHAT DO I DO?

You may not have entered the correct email address when purchasing your ticket.

Please email info@keepittogetherfestival.com.au with proof

of purchase so that they can re-issue your ticket to the correct email address.

 +  IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY TICKETS I CAN BUY?

There is no limit on tickets, however no one benefits from buying in bulk as tickets can only be sold for face value or less via Tixel our official resale provider.

 +  WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY TICKET?

General Release / Presale tickets

Your ticket provides access to the
festival from Saturday 26th December at 12:00pm

 

The festival program will finish at 10:30pm.

 

VIP tickets

Your ticket provides access to the
festival from Saturday 26th December at 12:00pm

 

The festival program will finish at 10:30pm

 

AS a VIP ticket holder you will

also have access to;

VIP Entry (Priority Lane)

Private pool, including drying area & lifeguard

Elevated viewing platforms

Private Bars/Amenities

Comfortable Seating

 +  IT'S MY BIRTHDAY, CAN I GET A FREE TICKET?

Yes! We are pleased to offer free tickets for birthday ladies and gents! If your birthday falls on Dec 25th, 26th or 27th, All you need to do DM one of our social media accounts and provide your details and a valid driver’s licence / passport to claim your ticket. If

the festival is sold outthis does not impact your being able to claim your birthday ticket.

 

 +  DOES MY NAME HAVE TO BE ON MY TICKET?


Yes. The correct name must be on your ticket and will be checked at the gate against your ID - this is a security measure we put in place to avoid ticket fraud.

 

 +  CAN I CHANGE THE NAME ON MY TICKET?

Yes. If you can no longer attend the event, then you can transfer your ticket once, and once only. You can do this via Eventbrite or head to Tixel our official resale provider for any name changes and resales. Please note, selling a ticket for profit, i.e. more than its face value is a breach of the terms and conditions of sale and if we become aware that a person is doing this on any social media platform, eBay or gumtree, we will refer your details to the police.

 

 +  MY FRIENDS TICKET LOOKS DIFFERENT TO MINE, IS THAT OKAY?

 +  I LOST MY TICKET, HOW DO I REPLACE IT?

If you purchased your ticket online, the ticket should be stored permanently with your Eventbrite account / email - however if you cannot find it there please email our team at info@keepittogetherfestival.com.au to check.

 

 +  I DON'T WANT TO GO ANYMORE, CAN I GET A REFUND?
 

Under the terms and conditions of sale of our tickets we do not offer refunds for change of mind or circumstances - name changes are possible though see question above. See below for our COVID-19 refund policy.

 

 +  WHERE CAN I BUY PHYSICAL TICKET?
 

Due to COVID-19 we will no longer be offering physical ticket.

 

 +  WHAT IS YOUR COVID REFUND POLICY?
 

If we have to postpone due to COVID-19, we will reschedule the festival and your tickets will roll over to the new date.

 

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event you can request a 100% refund on your ticket. We guarantee refunds of 90% of your ticket in the scenario in which the festival is cancelled indefinitely. The 10% COVID-19 cancellation fee is retained to help cover the many months of planning & investment that goes into making a mammoth festival happen

 

Sadly, insurance companies refuse to cover COVID-19 cancellations so your support is greatly appreciated.

 

Remember, should the event be unable to proceed on the original advertised date, we have a backup date in place. If you cannot

attend the backup dates you will receive a 100% refund on your ticket

 

 +  DO I NEED A VACCINATION TO ATTEND?

We remain committed to a festival that celebrates freedom insofar as it doesn’t threaten the wellbeing of anyone else. However, we are creatives, not health experts. We recommend you take the advice of your doctor when deciding whether or not you should get vaccinated. We await guidance from VIC Health and the government as to the exact protocols which will be required for festivals to proceed, including any requirement for vaccinations, and will keep you updated as soon as we have this information.
